Partner RMA Request Form (BETA)

The Buffalo Partner RMA request form allows Buffalo Partners to request Hard Drive replacements for Buffalo TeraStation NAS devices or Drivestations. If you are not a Buffalo partner, please go to http://buffalotech.com/support and enter your serial number.

If you are a reseller and would like to become a Buffalo partner, fill out the online partner application form. 

Attach TeraStation system logs here. To get these, log into the web UI and type [CTRL-ALT-SHIFT-B]. Please note if the unit is out of warranty by date of manufacture, a proof of purchase is required.
