1. Solution Providers are eligible if they have not purchased a TeraStation product in a 365-day rolling period
2. Solution Provider agrees they will not advertise this price online
3. Solution Provider must complete and submit online form
4. Solution Provider must place order through authorized Buffalo distribution partner
     (US: Ingram Micro, TD Synnex; D&H. Canada: TD Synnex and D&H Canada)
5. Solution Provider must follow distribution ordering procedures
6. Buffalo will issue fixed discount to distributor who then provides final pricing to Solution Provider
7. Buffalo has the right to exclude individual Solution Providers based on its discretion at any time
8. Promotional discount is limited to a single order and maximum of two units
9. Eligible TeraStation product families include TS3030, TS5020, WS5020, TS51220RH, and TS71210RH series
10. Buffalo has the right to alter terms and conditions at any time including complete program termination
