Product Transition Announcement Update - TS3020 NAS Family to TS3030 and TS5020 NAS Families

SEPT 2024—Buffalo Americas, a leading provider of easy-to-use storage solutions and award-winning pre- and post-sales support, is announcing a product life-cycle status change for the TeraStation 3020 series network storage family to While Supplies Last, as well as the transition to the new TeraStation 3030 series and the existing TeraStation 5020 series product families.


The new TeraStation 3030 series NAS builds off the affordable utility of the TS3020 series with additional improvements. TS3030 comes with improved CPU and RAM to deliver smoother operations and higher workload management, as well as Btrfs file system for improved stability. The TS3030 also offers Buffalo’s new Abnormal Login and File Activity Detection feature for proactive cyberthreat mitigation and supports Buffalo’s Remote Management System’s new remote configuration feature that allows you to remotely access and configure the NAS without needing to visit the device on-site.
