Using XCOPY command:

Note: The logon user account needs to have write privilege to the target folder. It is suggested to have full admin rights for both source and destination. Also, open the Command Prompt using "Run as Administrator" (right-click on Command Prompt), then run the XCOPY or ROBOCOPY commands from within this prompt.
