Yes, all MiniStation devices support Mac OS X. By default MiniStation is formatted for use in Windows. It requires formatting by Mac OS by using Mac's included "Disk Utility" software (Inside the Utilities folders in Applications). Also, there is 3rd party software for Mac OS that allows Mac to support NTFS.
